

Prior to this, he served in senior executive and partner positions at the Koll Companies, Buchanan Street Partners, Cornerstone and Kitchell Corporation. He most recently founded and ran Kairos Partners, where he completed $134 million of industrial and office investments.

He has overseen or led over $3 billion in transactions. His background includes experience in executive management, operations, finance, business development, acquisition and property development. He helps lead the strategic direction of the firm, acting as a key liaison with CT’s investors and stakeholders, and is a member of the firm’s executive and investment committees.ĭominic has worked in all aspects of acquisition, development, construction and finance during his 30-year career. Petrucci oversees tactical execution of all operational and financial components of the CT investment platform. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Kimmy, and travels extensively overseeing CT growth.ĭominic J. Watty graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration. Watty has served the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as a board member at the national level, is a former Advisory Board co-chair at the Center for Real Estate at the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and has served on numerous other boards for private operating companies and charitable organizations. Koll developed or acquired over 75 million square feet of institutional quality office, industrial and retail properties during its history. Prior to joining CT in 2010, Watty served as president of Koll Development Company where he was responsible for real estate investment and development in the Western United States and Mexico.

Watty also serves as the primary liaison for CT’s institutional and private investors. His focus includes new market expansion for CT’s national logistics strategy, including major developments in Northern California, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta and New Jersey.

Watson, together with CT managing partners Carter Ewing and Dominic Petrucci, is responsible for an industrial development pipeline exceeding 20 million square feet in key distribution markets nationwide.
